Bowen Therapy
Holistic approach to pain relief

Bowen is a holistic remedial body technique that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body.
Bowen therapy can be used to treat musculoskeletal or related neurological problems including acute sports injuries and chronic or organic conditions. It is gentle and relaxing and does not use forceful manipulation.
Bowen therapy is performed on the superficial and deep fascia. The fascia, or soft tissue, is the part of the connective tissue that envelops, separates and influences every organ and tissue in the body.
The Bowen technique is safe to use on anyone, from newborns to the elderly and for any musculoskeletal or related neuromuscular complaint. It is a holistic treatment that treats the whole person and aims to treat the cause of problems, rather than the symptoms.

Acupuncture
Esoteric Acupuncture is a system of acupuncture founded in the 1990’s by Dr. Mikio Sankey in which he combined Ancient Wisdom and Knowledge to be implemented in our modern age. (Dr. Sankey has a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). From his studies, it was found that with the precise order of activation at the acupuncture sites of specific geometric patterns, the flow of energy aligns and expands. Through this process the many levels of energy are able to rebalance, synchronise and help in building your well-being.
The power of esoteric acupuncture is to work with consciousness and strengthen the centre which consists of the various levels of your heart.
Esoteric acupuncture may be a part of your Advanced Energy Healing or is available as an single treatment.

TBM Kinesiology
(Total Body Modification) is a Holistic, non-invasive health modality that uses gentle muscle testing to identify and correct imbalances within the body. Rooted in principles of applied kinesiology, TBM works with the body’s natural biofeedback system to uncover stressors that may be affecting physical, emotional, or biochemical function.
Through precise muscle monitoring, a practitioner assesses how the body responds to specific stimuli. These responses help identify areas of imbalance in organs, glands, systems, or energetic pathways. Once identified, corrections are applied using gentle reflex techniques, acupressure points, meridian balancing, nutritional support, or other natural methods to encourage the body’s self-healing ability.
TBM Kinesiology is commonly used to support:
-
Digestive health
-
Hormonal balance
-
Stress and emotional wellbeing
-
Fatigue and low energy
-
Immune function
NET Kinesiology
(Neuro Emotional Technique) Kinesiology is a gentle, mind–body modality that helps identify and release unresolved emotional stress held within the body. Based on principles of applied kinesiology, acupuncture meridians, and the connection between emotions and physiology, NET works to clear emotional patterns that may be contributing to physical symptoms, stress, or recurring life challenges.
Using light muscle testing, a practitioner communicates with the body’s biofeedback system to locate emotional imbalances linked to specific events, memories, or belief patterns. These stored stress responses can sometimes interfere with the body’s natural ability to regulate, heal, and function optimally.
Once identified, the practitioner uses a simple and non-invasive correction process — often involving focused awareness, spinal points, and meridian-based techniques — to help the nervous system safely release the unresolved stress. The process is gentle, safe, and suitable for all ages.
-
NET Kinesiology may support:
-
Anxiety and stress management
-
Emotional overwhelm
-
Chronic tension or pain
-
Phobias and fears
-
Relationship patterns
-
Performance blocks
-
Trauma resolution support
-
General emotional wellbeing
-
By clearing unresolved emotional stress, NET helps restore balance between the mind and body. Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally resilient following sessions.
-
NET Kinesiology can be used as a standalone therapy or alongside other complementary and conventional healthcare approaches, supporting a more integrated path to wellbeing.

Shamanic Practices
Shamanic practice is one of the world’s oldest spiritual traditions, rooted in indigenous cultures across continents. A shaman serves as a trained spiritual practitioner who works with subtle energies and altered states of consciousness to facilitate healing, guidance, and restoration of balance. While specific methods vary by culture and lineage, the foundational purpose of shamanic work remains consistent: to support individuals and communities in achieving harmony between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of life.
The Role of a Shaman
Spiritual Healing
Shamanic healing focuses on identifying and addressing energetic or spiritual imbalances that may contribute to emotional, psychological, or physical distress. Through ceremony, focused intention, and spiritual techniques, a shaman works to restore equilibrium and promote overall well-being.
Altered-State Work & Spiritual Insight
A core component of shamanic practice involves entering controlled altered states of consciousness often facilitated by rhythmic sound, meditation, or breathwork—to access insight beyond ordinary awareness. In these states, the practitioner seeks guidance, clarity, and understanding on behalf of clients.
Ceremony & Ritual Leadership
Ritual and ceremony are central to shamanic traditions. These structured practices create intentional space for transformation, life transitions, personal growth, and collective healing.
Nature-Based Spiritual Framework
Shamanic traditions emphasize a deep respect for the natural world. The elements, natural cycles, and living systems are regarded as interconnected aspects of a greater whole. This perspective informs both the philosophy and methodology of the practice.
Guidance & Integration
Beyond ceremonial work, shamans often provide grounded guidance to help individuals integrate insights into practical life decisions, personal development, and meaningful change.
Purpose and Philosophy
The primary aim of shamanic practice is restoration of balance. By addressing energetic and spiritual dimensions that may be overlooked in conventional approaches, shamanic work supports individuals in reconnecting with inner clarity, resilience, and personal alignment.
